The system of marking (pings) is gaining popularity among several shooting games today, and Call of Duty: Warzone is no different. Mechanics allow players to point out enemies, objects, locations or hazards in general very easily, thus increasing communication and rapport between the team.
To mark or “ping” enemies in Warzone, you only need to aim at your opponent and:
- Press the key twice Left Alt (by default) on the PC.
- Press twice ↑ (top) on the D-Pad Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
When you do this, a red marking will appear over the enemies’ heads, highlighting them to the rest of your team.
How to mark loots and stuff in Warzone
The appointment system also works for several other things. However, with the exception of enemies, all other pings in the game are done by pressing Left Alt or ↑ (up) on the D-Pad only one time. This serves to:
- Loots in general.
- Points of interest.
- Danger in the world.
- Short routes
- Drone markings
- Map markings
With the mechanics of pings, team communication becomes much faster and more efficient. In addition, it allows players who do not have or do not want to use a microphone to still be able to communicate in the game and contribute information. So there is no more excuse, try to communicate!
